their workouts in.
The Compact Fold elliptical trainer folding system developed by Horizon is a novel folding mechanism protected by international patents. Apart from offering customers with sufficient stride length during use, the system allows the trainer to be folded up for ease of storage when not in use. This feature combines both comfort and convenience.
Tip:
The difficult with elliptical trainers is balancing stride length against comfort. Longer stride lengths are more
comfortable but take up more space. As a result, designers often have to compromise on both stride length
and comfort. If we look at competitors' machines, elliptical trainers that offer high comfort all have stride lengths
longer than 16 inches and the machine itself is over 2 meters long, taking up a huge amount of space. The
CompactFold elliptical trainer by comparison is just half their size.
A USB port compatible with personal computer devices is built into
the control panel. The feature allows the software to be updated or
upgraded via USB, simplifying after-sales service. If the consumer
purchases compatible computer software, the machine can be linked
to a computer for interactive games as well.
Tip:
Horizon is currently collaborating with the well-known German software developer FitViewer to develop interactive
computer software for fitness machines. The software not only allows the user to tour the sights of the world
while exercising but also changes the fitness machine's resistance based on the gradient of the road for a more
